Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Necudah (necudah.com and every school site on it, such as yourschool.necudah.com, and the Necudah mobile app). By creating an account or using Necudah you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Necudah.
1. Who we are
Necudah is an online platform for language teachers and schools: courses, lessons, quizzes, games, a dictionary, messages and AI-assisted lesson building. “Necudah”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of necudah.com.
Contact: hello@necudah.com
2. Necudah is a free beta
- Necudah is currently a free, invite-only beta. You pay nothing, and we will not charge you without asking you first and getting your clear agreement to new terms.
- A beta is unfinished. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may break. Please tell us when they do: that is the point of the beta.
- We may end the beta, or the service as a whole, at any time. If we do, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email where we can, so that schools and teachers can download what they need.
3. Accounts
- A school or teacher account is opened by invitation. Students and teachers join a school when that school invites them.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- The information you give us (name, email) must be true.
- Students under 14. A school or teacher who invites a student under 14 confirms that they have the consent of the student’s parent or guardian, as described in our School Data Agreement.
4. Schools and teachers
If you open a school or teach on Necudah, you also agree to the School Data Agreement. In short: the school or teacher decides whose data goes into their school and why, and Necudah looks after that data on their behalf.
5. Your content
- What you create or upload (courses, lessons, quizzes, answers, essays, messages, pictures, files) stays yours.
- You give us permission to store, copy, display and process it only as needed to run Necudah for you and your school – for example to show a lesson to your students, to make backups, or to send it to an AI provider when you ask Necudah to generate something from it. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
- Only upload what you have the right to use. Do not upload other people’s copyrighted material unless the law allows it (for example, limited use for teaching) or you have permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Necudah to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone, and especially not a child;
- upload sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content;
- collect other users’ personal data for purposes that have nothing to do with teaching and learning on Necudah;
- get into accounts, schools or data that are not yours, test our security without our written permission, or overload or disrupt the service;
- send spam, or use the AI features to produce content that breaks these rules.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable we will tell you first and explain why.
7. AI features
Some features send text and files to an AI provider to generate lessons, quizzes, pictures, narration or help answers (see the Privacy Policy for who they are). AI output can be wrong. Check what it produces before you use it with students. Do not put students’ personal data into AI requests unless it is needed.
8. No warranty
Necudah is provided free and “as is”, during a beta. We work to keep it running and your data safe, and we keep daily backups, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that no data will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or lost time), or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.
10. Leaving and deleting your data
- You may stop using Necudah at any time.
- To delete your account and its data, email hello@necudah.com from your account’s email address. We do it by hand within 30 days and confirm by email. Copies in our backups disappear as the backups roll over (within 30 days).
- A student’s account belongs to their school. A student (or their parent) may write to the school or to us; we will involve the school.
- When a school is closed, its courses, students’ work and records are deleted with it (see the School Data Agreement).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in Necudah before it applies. If you keep using Necudah after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts there.
